For application, please refer to directions on box. This product is for professional use only! Product should not be used on eyelashes or brows that have been chemically  processed prior to 4 weeks. Over processing will cause damage to clients existing eyelashes and brows. Only use temporary color for tinting eyelashes and brows. Individual with sensitive skin or contact dermatitis, should avoid using product.

LASHFIX, LLC. must be notified via email within ten (10) business days of receipt of merchandise. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable and non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.    

Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we pay the return shipping. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
