• Clean off any excess lash glue before storing them away.
• Sanitize with soap and water.
• Disinfect your tools effectively with diluted barbicide.
• Store them in a case faced down.
• Have an extra pair around, just in case you drop your tweezers.
• Make sure the tension works for you.

LASHFIX, LLC. must be notified via email within ten (10) business days of receipt of merchandise. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable and non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.    

Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we pay the return shipping. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
